Working at the NHS DPT was incredibly rewarding, the teams I trained in Social Media, were on the whole quite new to the world, but a few had ideas about how it worked. We went through a course from scratch and I took them through the ups, the downs and preparing for the worst. Everyone took it in their stride and felt they had learned something no matter what their initial knowledge level was.
